COD Policy & Guidelines

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for select orders, allowing you to pay at the time of delivery. In case of returns, refunds for COD orders are processed after the product is received and inspected, and are issued via bank transfer or store credit within 3–4 business days. Customers must provide accurate bank details for successful refunds. Shipping or handling charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
